Surrounded by the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, our 18-hole golf course is dubbed one of the most scenic mountain courses in America.
Our course was designed by George Cobb in 1964, who created more than 100 courses throughout his storied career. In 2021, the North Carolina Golf Panel rated Hound Ears Club #61 in the state.
Our links meander along a verdant valley and across streams, lakes, and waterfalls. Each of the impeccably manicured holes offers a different challenge.
The Hound Ears Golf Course is a private course, with a full-service Golf Shop and PGA professionals, open to Club members and their guests.
